A successful hire is determined long after the start date. We do not believe the search process stops when the candidate is hired. We actively work with the hired candidate and the hiring manager long after the hire date. This effort is included as part of our service and fee.

Once a candidate accepts the new position, we begin a formal on-boarding process that helps a new executive assimilate successfully into the new role.  This process allows the newly-hired executive to make more impactful contributions sooner and reduces the risk of failure. We are the only retained search firm that provides a comprehensive on-boarding process as part of each search we do.
